The 14th annual Blueprint Awards were announced at 100% Design London on 24 September 2009. A panel of industry judges selected the shortlist plaque winners and whittled their selection down to four overall winners:
Best New Product: Labware, by Benjamin Hubert

Most Promising Talent: Il Gu Cha
Best Use of Materials: Reflective Lace by Lost Values
Best Exhibition Design: Disruptive Thinking – Design Interactions, RCA
